The Parts Sales Leader manages incoming requests for parts and ensures proper shipping, receiving duties for all UPS and Common Carrier LTL Shipments of products, equipment and parts.  Assist with back-office and administrative duties pertaining to parts. You will be customer-facing, process-driven, and deeply involved in day-to-day order flow, post-order support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Technical Field Service Manager is responsible for managing, organizing and supporting all service projects for Klima New York (KNY). This position will support KNY customers by providing inspecting, testing, adjusting, balancing heating, cooling, and ventilating systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This position has a strong emphasis on technical support during startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of VRF systems.

The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring that all bids are comprehensive and align with industry standards. This position works closely with applications and outside sales engineers to select equipment to meet our customers’ needs. Building expertise in cost estimation, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines will be essential in helping KNY secure new projects and maintain our reputation for excellence in the HVAC industry.
