Coatue 9 West 57th Street
We supplied LG water source condensers for the remodel of the 25th and 26th floors. To streamline installation, the condensers were paired with prefabricated HAYS piping packages, simplifying contractor coordination. Heat recovery boxes were then installed and connected to their corresponding ducted air handlers throughout the space, delivering an efficient and integrated HVAC solution.
